Governance Proposals

ZkStable is governed by $PRIVACY token holders, using an open proposal and on-chain voting process. Anyone in the community may submit, debate, and vote on proposals that guide the evolution of the stablecoin, collateral model, integrations, and treasury allocation.

Governance Flow

  1. Draft proposal in the community forum

  2. Discussion Period (3–7 days)

  3. Formal Submission to on-chain proposal contract

  4. Voting Period (7 days)

  5. Execution Delay (48–72 hours)

  6. Implementation by protocol maintainers

Voting

  • Weight is proportional to staked $PRIVACY

  • Delegation is supported

  • Quadratic anti-whale weighting is applied to prevent governance capture
